Who am I?
For the past 16 years I have drawn, danced and painted my way through an intensive healing journey which has embraced transpersonal psychosynthesis therapy , Grof's holotropicÔ breathwork and Gabrielle Roth's five rhythms dance.
In the late 1990's months of daily spontaneous journeys led me to shamanism. I have now completed a 5 year apprenticeship with Simone Silverpath of the Coventina School of Shamanic Therapy, during which I have completed a two year diploma in shamanic therapy and a one year student internship at the end of which I received an advanced diploma in shamanic and creative arts therapy.

It is my belief that much soul sickness stems from damage inflicted on our inherently creative self, and that work to heal these wounds leads to personal growth and a sense of reconnection to ourselves, to others and to the natural world around us.
Into this work I weave my two passions. That of creating sacred ceremonial objects, and that of working with others to help them on their own personal quest through the labyrinth towards greater wholeness.
